A quick update since I’ve abit of time on my hands now! Titled this post Valentines part I coz we haven’t done the fancy dinner hahaha. Gonna have it tomorrow when its not so overpriced and we don’t have to meet ridiculous timings!
Being the Korean fanatics we are, we spent part I happily gorging ourselves on Korean food at a really authentic restaurant at East Coast Road! Both of us have never been there before and it was a really good experience; we’ll be back for more 
(The Boyfriend insists I don’t put enough photos on my blog but that’s coz its REALLY time consuming to upload photos you know?? Anyway here’s a whole barrage of photos since he made me snap snap snap, happy scrolling!!)

Food, glorious food! We also had bibimbap but he mixed it before I could take a photo and mixed bibimbaps aren’t exactly the most photogenic! Favourite dish was the glass noodles!! Beef was not bad and portion was HUGE! Yes, we over ordered, all in the name of Saint Valentine, hahah 
Drove to Rasa Sentosa after dinner, intention was to go for a drink at Barnacles but we ended up squeezing on a deck chair by the pool coz one of the staff told us Barnacles closes early. Only just as we were about to leave did we discover that Barnacles is actually a super duper nice place to chill with a sea view!!! And it didn’t close early lor wth!
He say I must take photo with the huge bouquet.
I say we must take photo together and he must hold the camera so I can focus on making my face look slimmer than it really is hahaha
We say: Never ask an angmoh to take a photo for you!!!

Chocolate heart I bought for him! Its a very nice bright red actually!
Bought him a teeny box of alcoholic chocolates (damn ex okay!!!) and Korean coffee coz apparently, those are his two favourite things.

On the shopping front:
My LB Malibu maxi finally arrived yesterday! I took a size S and it fits great I could probably fit into a size XS too but was worried abt the butt part being tight, but its flare cutting. hehe love the flowy light material and the length is good for me to wear sandals! The Father said I look like a cambodian woman though. And the evil boyfriend agreed. SIGH! (why did I even bother asking the two most fashionably uncertain guys right?!?! I mean all the presentable shirts in my dad’s wardrobe are from me!!)
Last night, The Boyfriend and I had oishi pizza! Revealed my insane craving for nail polish and he decided to be nice and drove me down to Ubi so I could get my OPI fix!! Waited about half an hour for them to open the door coz the owner forgot his keys, but when we finally got in, I felt like I was in nail polish heaven!! Managed to escape with just these 5
Russian Navy! Its on my fingers now as I type. A deep violet blue with subtle shimmers!
Crepes Suzi-ette! This was the colour I was looking fwd to! its not a very popular colour coz its supposedly aunty-ish (found that out from googling) but its actual colour is not true to the photo at all. Its a gorgeous reddish peachy deep pink
Manicurist of Seville! Was deciding between this and We’ll always have Paris and the boyfriend preferred this after seeing the colour chart so… Its a cute shade of deep reddish plum!
DS Extravangance! The most expensive at $14 per bottle but omg its so pretty!!! Can’t wait to try it out! Its the only one the boyfriend really liked hahaha :p
Also got China Glaze’s Electric Beat coz I wanted something periwinkle-ish and this was the closest I could find!! So madly in love with the blue hehe
Also saw this: Aquadelic but didn’t buy it coz spending $60 on polishes (and it wld probably be more than that since CG is 3 for $20!) wld be slightly obsessive. teehee but I so wanna get this the next time round!
In case anyone’s interested, they’re the people who run the OPI stand at Scape from Fridays to Sundays, called D.Y.O.N International From Tuesdays to Thursdays they operate from their office at Ubi Techpark Lobby B #6-18 till 10pm! They have a facebook page, go google if you wanna head down, I swear the journey is worth it!!
Read on Hungrygowhere that the Basil Rice and Grilled Pork Neck were must-tries! I thought the basil rice was so-so though. The pork neck was good, super huge serving for $8.90! Green curry with chicken was creamy and sweet with just the right amount of spiciness. I loved it but don’t think he enjoyed it as much as I did. Best part: NO GST/SERVICE CHARGE!! 
I really dont know how he can still pose so nicely for the camera when all I wanna do is dig into the fooooood!

First time trying Swirl Art coz I wanted smtg light for dessert and fro-yo seemed like the best way to go! Their fro-yo’s really rich though. My #1 is still Red mango!
super thin and dry slices of beef and pork, sausage tasted damn cheap, only thing decent was the chicken. Only saving grace was the red bean ice! Not gonna be adventurous anymore!
